1. The service

MoreU provides newsletter ghostwriting services: research, drafting, and revision of newsletter content on behalf of clients, delivered on an agreed cadence. Exact scope, cadence, and pricing for each client are confirmed individually and are not fixed by anything published on this site. Pricing shown on this site is an indicative range only, not a quote.

2. Approval process

No content is published or sent on a client's behalf without their explicit approval. Revisions are provided within a reasonable scope as agreed with each client; excessive or repeated scope changes beyond what's reasonable may be subject to additional fees, to be agreed in advance.

3. Intellectual property

Once a piece of content is approved and paid for, ownership of that final content transfers to the client. MoreU retains no rights to reuse or republish client-approved content without permission.

4. Payment

5. No guarantee of results

MoreU does not guarantee specific business outcomes (audience growth, engagement, revenue, or otherwise) resulting from published content. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control.

7. Termination

8. Limitation of liability

MoreU's liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question, to the extent permitted by law.
