Your written voice is one of your most valuable professional assets.
Don't let AI flatten it.
I spent over twenty-five years capturing voices for high-stakes clients before I ever published a word under my own name.
For most of that time I was the person in the room nobody saw. Executives, founders, teams under pressure to say something true and say it well, and I was the one who found the words for them. You get good at listening for what someone actually means underneath what they first say. However, stepping out from behind that curtain to publish as myself, after that long doing it for other people, still felt strange.
That's the problem I built MoreU to solve, for other people this time.
The issue with most content today isn't speed. It's sameness. Used without judgment, AI makes it easier to sound generic, slightly off, technically fine and forgettable. That's a real cost when your reputation is the thing on the line. Once a voice starts to drift, audiences notice, even if they can't always say why.
I built the Newsletter Ghostwriting Engine to close that gap. It leverages AI to help with research and drafting, but every word still passes through human judgment before it carries your name. Not replacing judgment. Protecting it.
We're using it now with clients, alongside my own two newsletters on LinkedIn. One is MoreU | Phil Unfiltered, weekly notes on what I'm building, testing, and getting right and wrong along the way. The other, SAP Post War Room Reflections, comes from a different twenty years entirely, delivering complex SAP transformations across utilities, energy, and infrastructure. Different world, same discipline: find what's true, say it clearly, and stand behind it.
I still ghostwrite selectively, and MoreU is where most of my time goes now.
If you're ready to put your name behind writing that actually sounds like you, I'd like to hear from you.
